This little bundle is my pure happiness. Whereas Sadie is my sassy sidekick, this little man is all about the cuddles.
And what's new?
Sadie's room is like Disneyland. The coolest place he's ever seen. Like any obnoxious sibling, there's nothing like touching all of your sister's things.
Leo can comfortably climb stairs and is starting to navigate instances where he needs to get down. Throwing out the leg to feel around for secure footing.
Favorite toys are anything that rolls or moves. Opening and closing cabinet doors is a hoot. Going in, open mouthed, for a dog kiss is always a treat.
This kid knows how to eat, with his 5 teeth (more on the way). He doesn't chew. He shovels. Like he's never seen food before in his life. Found him trying to eat acorns in the driveway yesterday. I'm his personal life saver.
We have officially stopped nursing, which was both easy and difficult for me to come to terms with. Yay! More free time back in my day. And BOO! There's nothing like it in the world. It simply wasn't realistic to keep up with, or really worth it. I made it 9 whole months, which just happens to be 3 months shorter than I lasted with Sadie. I'm sure she'll hold that over his head some day.
