Mom and Sadie took off on Saturday morning to WMass to do some visiting and give Dad a break at home. We started our trip with a stop at the Soldier's Home to see Great Grandfather Olechna. He was so happy to see us and held Sadie's barefoot the whole time. Next stop was to Southampton to see the Lohr's - Grandma, Grandpa and Auntie Kendra for a late lunch (deliciously made by budding chef-extraordinare Kendra). Grandpa got in a little more baby-holding this time around, as he seemed more timid when Sadie was younger.
Sunday morning Sadie and Mom went out for brunch to Sylvester's (where Mom used to work) with Grandma and Pepere, then did a little window shopping in Northampton.
By the time we got home, Dad was complaining he was "bored" without us. He was glad to have his girls back home.
