I like to try different orchards each year, in search of that 'perfect place'. This year we went to the Nashoba Valley Winery in Bolton - which is half orchard, half wine tasting hoopla (note to self, go back sans kids). It was pretty near perfect.
Maintaining a farm is an awful lot of work, and Leo was raring to go! Per usual, he was armed with is leaf blower/weed whacker and got busy immediately. There was a lot to cover with all of that land.
It was a lovely Sunday to spend with the kiddos...apples, cider donuts, snacks in the shade, watching the fish...and pretty much the last one before chaos ensues and we embark on a family of 5.
